Minesweeper is back and free to play with a Netflix subscription

Mijnenveger is terug en gratis te spelen met een Netflix-abonnement

Minesweeper moves from Windows to your smartphone. This modern version of the popular game is available to play for free if you have a Netflix subscription.

If you use a Windows computer, you’ve probably played the Minesweeper game. In this game, you have to click on all the boxes in a large gray playing field, except for the ones with a bomb behind them. Netflix has now updated this concept.

In the new Minesweeper, the original gameplay remains the same: you tap on squares and each square displays a number to show if there is a mine nearby. But instead of playing on a boring, gray playing field, you can travel around the world with the new Minesweeper.

The mines are actually in the sea, so you have to go to Hawaii, Japan, and Australia, among other places, to find them. In addition to this journey with pre-designed levels, you can also create custom puzzles where you can choose the size of the playing field. Additionally, the game offers daily challenges.

No commercials

You can download the game via App Store or Play Store for your smartphone, and then you log in with your Netflix account. Minesweeper has no ads or in-app purchases.
