Memory configurations for Nvidia’s mobile GeForce RTX 50 series have reportedly appeared online. The leaked roadmap indicates six different types of GPUs for the laptop, with 8, 12 and 16GB of GDDR7 memory.

The roadmap is According to security researcher Dominic Alfieri From the hack of Clevo, a Taiwanese OEM that produces laptops, Discover Videocardz. It describes six mobile versions of the GeForce RTX 50 GPUs, which should be released in 2025, according to the document. Three of them, called the GN22-X6, GN22-X4, and GN22-X2, will have 8GB of GDDR7 VRAM. The card, codenamed GN22-X7, will reportedly feature 12GB GDDR7 memory, while the GN22-X11 and GN22-X9 will be equipped with 16GB VRAM according to the roadmap.

16GB models may include the mobile RTX 5090 and 5080. The RTX 4080 mobile has 12GB of GDDR6 vRAM. However, it is also possible that the GN22-X7 GPU refers to the 5080. It is also striking that no GPU with 6GB of memory was mentioned, while the mobile RTX 4050 still came with that many GB of VRAM .

Finally, the leaked roadmap shows that the 6GB mobile versions of the GeForce RTX 4050 and GeForce RTX 3050 will still be in production in 2025. This will also apply to the RTX 2050 for some time, although it is said that this card will eventually be replaced by a 4GB version From RTX 3050.
