For comparison, MQP has a PPD of 22 and MQ2 has a PPD of 20. In contrast, MQ3 has a PPD of 25, which is also higher than MQP. Of course, these numbers are several times lower than AVP, but does it really matter? I don’t necessarily notice the lower accuracy of Task 2, but that’s my personal opinion.

Oh, I think this is just a gimmick at the moment. It’s far from perfect now, and I actually think the 3D model is better, because it doesn’t interfere with how the light hits your hands and the light in the app environment is completely different.

The bottom line is that support is actually the strongest factor in what makes a good standalone headset, and Meta’s support on their Quest platform is several times greater than what Apple offers. The Quest can also play games. Real games. Not some half-baked Fruit Ninja clone.
