Cooler Master Cooling X review

Cooler Master cooling

With Cooling X, Cooler Master is building a gaming PC that uniquely combines the know-how out there; The side panels of the case are integrated into the cooling system. The fast hardware therefore remains throttling-free and the system is relatively quiet under load, despite its volume being less than 15 litres. However, the effect could be better. Officially, a PC cannot be upgraded, there is no good solution for cables coming out of the top of the PC, and quality control on systems that come out of the factory must be improved.

Addicts say: innovation

The pre-built PC market seems to be attracting more and more attention. great Original Equipment Manufacturers It has traditionally been active in this field, but stores and self-build manufacturers are also taking its offers more and more seriously. But how can you add something unique? Cooler Master builds a gaming PC using cooling technology

At first glance, the Cooler Master Cooling X looks a bit like the Corsair One i500 we recently tested. It’s a tower of about the same height and is narrower and shallower, so it has a capacity of just 15 litres, compared to the Corsair’s 22 litres. Just like the One i500, the Cooling X uses water cooling for both the CPU and GPU, more on that on the next page.

Cooler Master makes a few different selections of the hardware used. While the Corsair PC uses an Intel processor, the Cooling This is AMD’s current top model in its consumer processor lineup, with 16 cores, half of which have access to additional 3D V-Cache. The power consumption of the AMD chip is much lower, so hopefully the cooling issues and power limitations as we saw with the Corsair won’t occur. As a video card, Cooler Master chooses the RTX 4080, not the 4080 Super, but Cooling
