Users say that cleaning the disk, clearing the system cache, installing the game offline, deleting and reinstalling the installation files did not solve the problem. The reports come from various European countries, including the Netherlands.

Some players say they’ve replaced their physical copy in the store with another disc, but usually without the desired result. Sony and Insomniac have not officially released anything about the issue. Gamers who contact Sony are often told that this disc is defective. Some reports suggest that Sony will be working on a patch to resolve the installation issues. It is not known if and when he will appear.
